We want to make shopping with Krafty Khoo as easy and fun as possible 💕 Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your orders and handle returns.

Shipping

• We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.

• Orders are sent via NZ Post (tracked where available).

• Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

• We aim to pack and ship your order within 2–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the courier but usually take:

• NZ: 2–5 working days

• Australia: 7–14 working days

You’ll get an email when your order is on the way, including tracking details if available.
